Effective September 29, 2026. These terms apply to the Anthony D. Riley website and any products or services offered through it by Anthony D. Riley. Contact us through the Contact page with questions before placing an order.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the file, price, permitted uses, and any additional license terms. An order is subject to acceptance and payment confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a listing contains an error or a file cannot be delivered. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Digital delivery and licenses

Digital items are delivered electronically using the method stated on the product page. Buying a file gives you only the usage rights stated in that product’s license. Copyright and ownership do not transfer unless a separate written agreement explicitly says so. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of a file outside the stated license.

Services

Consulting, voiceover, and appearance inquiries do not create a booking. Scope, fees, dates, deliverables, usage rights, travel, revisions, and cancellation terms will be confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the site unlawfully or interfere with its operation. If an account feature is offered, keep your login details secure.

Site content

Text, images, audio, video, and branding on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the site for personal or legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update listings, prices, and these terms. Changes apply to future orders after they are posted. The terms and license shown when an order is placed govern that order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.
