Refund Policy

Effective September 29, 2026. Please read the product description and license before buying. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

Digital products

If you purchased a digital item by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed it, request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, a change of mind generally does not qualify for a refund. If the file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be delivered, contact us within 30 days. We will try to correct or replace it; if we cannot, we will refund the affected item. This policy does not limit any rights provided by law.

Services and appearances

Consulting, voiceover, and appearance bookings will have their own written scope and cancellation terms before payment. If no separate agreement applies, contact us before work begins to request cancellation. Work already performed and approved nonrefundable expenses may affect the amount returned, as permitted by law.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method when possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. We will not ask you to send sensitive payment details through the contact form.
